奶油津白
材料:
黃芽白1個
薑6片
蒜蓉1茶匙
雞湯200毫升
鮮奶200毫升
處理:
1. 黃芽白,切1吋1段。
2. 黃芽白,清水清洗乾淨,擎乾水。
烹調:
1. 大火在鑊中燒熱油1湯匙。
2. 爆香薑及蒜蓉。
3. 放黃芽白。
4. 加入雞湯200毫升。
5. 冚蓋,煮10分鐘。
6. 煮了10分鐘,加入鹽少許,再煮2分鐘。
7. 加入生粉芡,煮至完全收汁。
8. 加入鮮奶200毫升,大火煮滾。
9. 完成,上碟,可享用。
Long cabbage in creamery sauce
Ingredients:
Long cabbage 1 No.
Ginger 6 slices
Garlic sauce 1 tsp
Chicken broth 200ml
Fresh milk 200ml
Preparation:
1. Long cabbage, cut 1" per each.
2. Long cabbage, rinse with tap water. Hang dry.
Steps:
1. Heat up oil 1 tbsp at high flame in wok.
2. Fry ginger and garlic well.
3. Put long cabbage.
4. Add chicken broth 200ml.
5. Cover up the pot, cook for 10 minutes.
6. Add little salt after it has been cooked for 10 minutes. Cook for 2 minutes more.
7. Put tapioca sauce until the sauce becomes thick.
8. Add fresh milk 200ml. Heat up at high flame.
9. Complete. Put on plate. Serve.
